Role Description

This is a full-time role for a SaaS (software as a service) Sales Account Manager at Atinary. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for scaling sales, managing customer accounts, and generating leads. This role will be based in our office in Lausanne.

This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals with a proven track record in selling enterprise SaaS.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of sales experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and scaling sales within the target market in the enterprise SaaS space.
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders in the context of enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must. You will work in an English-speaking and global environment.
  • You must adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-disciplinary and diverse environment.
  • A background in chemistry, science, and/or engineering is a plus.
  • This position is in Lausanne, Switzerland. Candidates interested have to be able to relocate to and work in Lausanne.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • BSc or MSc degree in science or engineering is a plus
