Your mission
For our Accounting team, we are looking for a smart, diligent and financially literate individual to whom we can entrust the accounting of our operational entities.
Your tasks
- You are the direct sparring partner to our CFO and Finance Manager
- You are one of the first to build up our accounting department, its structures and processes
- You support the set-up and management of our accounting tool DATEV
- You take over the ownership of all incoming and outgoing invoices
- You oversee the regular accounting process and make sure that our closing deadlines are met
- You work closely with our internal departments and our external accounting provider
- You manage the exchange of necessary information, check and support the completion of financial tasks and open questions regarding our accounting
Your profile
- You are studying, financial management, economics, business administration or something similar
- It would be an advantage when you have previous experience with Accounting or general Finance
- You are driven and willing to develop your skills in Finance & Accounting
- Very good analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers
- Ideally you have worked with Accounting, Banking or ERP systems before
- You are proficient with MS Office
- Proficiency in German or English is required
